Guidelines and Regulations

  1. When submitting images, it is recommended you use JPG, JPEG, PNG, or GIF files as these are the most common formats.
  2. Only add images to articles if they relate to the subject.
  3. Do not add images to articles that would be considered vandalism. For more information, see Treatment of Vandalism.
  4. Fan art is not allowed in gallery or character pages due to the risk of reposting, miscredit, misinformation or copyright. If you would like to show your artwork, please keep to blog posts or forums.
  5. When submitting images, please add image categories before or after to allow for organization.
  6. Only add images that would mostly be considered safe for work.

Ways to post images

  1. At the bottom of gallery sections is a button option for adding images. After clicking it, there will be a selection to add more images. This will lead to an upload button where users can add images.
  2. On the righthand side of the wiki's navigation header is a dropbox. Click 'Add New Image.'
  3. Select the 'Images' link in the explore section of the navigation header. There will be an option to upload images through here.

Two ways to submit images with categories

  1. Click on 'Add New Image' on the right of the wiki's navigation header. When prompted, add the source image. In the summary area, add the categories. Then submit.
  2. After submitting the image to the Wiki, go to the image's link. At the bottom should be a category section. Click on 'add category' and type in your desired category.

Videos

  1. Videos are in fact allowed on this wiki. However, for articles and galleries, they must be officialized by staff, such as music videos or trailers, or be clips of the film and shorts. Refer back to the fanart policies on images for explanation.
  2. In the case of audio videos, they are also allowed for preservation purposes. This includes song audio, video games song/voice clips from games, and interviews with staff. In the case of song reuploads by fans, please do not add them to the heading 'music video.' Instead, place them under the 'gallery' heading. 'Music video' is used for official videos only.
  3. Gameplay recordings are allowed so long as excessive commentary is not included in footage (ex: no reaction videos). Both vocal and text count. Naturally, this also means videos with the streamer in the corner are also not allowed. Translation captions are allowed though as well as music not originating from the game.
